Where we work · Winnipeg & within 100 km

We work farther out than you’d think.

Design-build projects across Winnipeg, the surrounding municipalities and Manitoba’s lake country — for a big enough project, distance is not the deciding factor. Property care and snow run on routes, so those are tighter.

Coverage

One yard, a long reach.

We run out of 2929 Sturgeon Road. Design-build crews travel across the city, out past the Perimeter and into lake country for full projects. Maintenance runs on routes, and snow is concentrated in West Winnipeg.

What we build where

The city isn’t one landscape problem

Different neighbourhoods bring different ground, lot shapes and priorities — and after 33 years we know which is which before we arrive.

Southwest

Established lots, big transformations

Mature trees, deeper lots and older houses. Most of our full backyard transformations, pools and terraces happen here — often working around roots and tight access.

Neighbourhoods we serve
  • Tuxedo
  • River Heights
  • Charleswood
  • Fort Garry
Southeast

Newer builds, blank slates

Newer developments where the yard arrives as bare clay: grading, drainage, sod, beds and hardscape all from scratch, usually with the whole property planned at once.

Neighbourhoods we serve
  • St. Vital
  • Sage Creek
  • St. Boniface
  • Southdale
West & northwest

Our home ground

Closest to the yard, which is why snow routes are concentrated here. Retaining walls, fencing, driveways and year-round maintenance make up much of the work.

Neighbourhoods we serve
  • St. James
  • Headingley
  • West St. Paul
  • Garden City
Beyond the Perimeter

Acreages, cottages & lake properties

Bigger sites where drainage, access and shoreline grade matter most. We build in lake country as well as the city — worth a call before assuming we won’t make the drive.

Communities we travel to
  • Oak Bluff
  • La Salle
  • Lac du Bonnet
  • Victoria Beach
  • Gimli
  • Whiteshell
Optional — neighbourhood landing pagesIf you want local SEO depth later, each zone above can become its own page (/landscaping-tuxedo/, /landscaping-sage-creek/…) with real projects from that area. Say the word and I’ll build one as a template.

Same conditions everywhere

Whatever the postal code, the ground is the same.

Every project we build is engineered for these three facts — they don’t change from street to street.

01

Red River clay

Heavy soil that swells and shrinks with moisture. It dictates base depth, drainage and which plants actually thrive.

02

A four-foot frost line

Anything structural — kitchens, pergolas, fences, steps — has footings below it, or it moves.

03

A short build season

Roughly May to October. That’s why design happens over winter and why spring slots are confirmed months ahead.

Coverage questions

Straight answers on where we go

What areas do you serve?

All of Winnipeg and the surrounding municipalities for every service — River Heights, Tuxedo, Charleswood, Fort Garry, St. Vital, St. Boniface, Transcona, St. James, Headingley and more. Design-build reaches further still, into Manitoba’s lake country.

Is snow removal available everywhere?

No. Snow and ice management is concentrated in West Winnipeg so routes stay reliable in a storm. Call before the season and we’ll confirm whether your street is covered.

Do you travel outside the city for projects?

Yes. Design-build isn’t limited to Winnipeg — we work out past the Perimeter and into lake country, including cottage and lake properties, whenever the project is substantial enough to justify mobilising a crew. Maintenance and snow services are more limited, because those depend on efficient routes.

Does location change the price?

Scope drives cost far more than distance. Very distant sites can carry mobilisation costs, and we’ll say that up front rather than burying it in a line item.

Do you work on commercial properties?

Yes — commercial maintenance and snow contracts across the coverage area, plus commercial landscape construction where it fits our crews.

Probably your street, too.

Let’s look at your property.

Send the address and what you’re planning. We’ll confirm coverage and book a walkthrough.
