Our care work is deliberately narrower than a mow-and-go route. Crews that build terraces, walls, beds and irrigation know when a joint needs sand, when a bed edge is creeping, when a shrub was planted too deep, and when water is starting to sit somewhere it shouldn’t. That’s the difference between a property being maintained and a property being cut.
We cover the full year: spring cleanup to get the yard out of winter, weekly lawn and bed care through the growing season, fall cleanup and winter protection, and snow and ice management for residential and commercial properties. Plans are built around your property and schedule — weekly, occasional, or cleanups only.
Most of our care clients are people whose landscapes we designed and built. You don’t have to be one, but the program is shaped for properties like that.

One handover note: if we built your landscape, the care crew already has the drawings — base details, plant schedule, irrigation zones and lighting layout. Nothing gets explained twice, and nothing gets damaged because someone didn’t know it was there.
